In addition to providing excellent services in tours, safaris, hotel bookings and accomodation, air tickets, general reservations and car hire we also pride in having the best transport fleet that gives the desired comfort security and reliability, with choices to meet the needs for a variety of group and individual clients. Our vehicles are customer-designed for the roads in Kenya and East Africa at large. Branson Tours is a one stop entreprise offering complete range of travel related services.

Having a team of dedicated staff and driver guides who work on 24hour shift, our success is driven by them and their unrelenting focus on delivering results the right way by operating responsibly, executing with excellence and applying all methods of customer satisfaction.
Our teams of staff are periodically trained to enable them offer superb customer care services.
We have fully trained professional driver guides ensuring best knowledgeable, smart, well conversant and with a great sense of customer care service who observe very strict operating rules.
Our key strength lies in an aggressive innovative management team that continually searches for better ways to improve our transport services.

Our fleet is fully maintained to provide quality, style and comfort to ensure that our clients have a relaxing journey.
By having an agreement with a car wash company, our fleet of vehicles is cleaned daily thus providing clean environment for our clients.

SAFETY AND SECURITY
-    We operate within state laws and regulations at all times
    Our safety program is continuously implemented in all areas of regular vehicle inspections and maintenance, driver qualification in defensive driving and screening and training sessions for our driver guides and office staff.

    We have 24hrs supervisor who keeps track of all vehicles (on safari or hire) thus easy to assist our clients and driver guides in case of an emergency.


    Our vehicles are fitted with a tracking devices accompanied with a panic button, thus enabling the driver guide to alert the office whenever he is in distress.

    All our drivers have cell phones to enhance communication, with the office and the clients.


    We take very seriously the need to protect our customers and luggage we carry by insuring our vehicles comprehensively and licensing them as governed by the traffic laws of Kenya.

VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
Branson Tours and Travel works closely with a well established mechanical firm with a garage workshop that has a mechanical team that ensures the vehicles are kept in tip top condition.
Due to the above agreement our fleet is kept in tip top shape and vehicles are assessed every month.
The body and the interior is also assessed time to time to ensure that they are up to standards.

CUSTOMER  SERVICE
Branson Tours & Travel Endeavour’s to provide outstanding levels of services to all our customers.
It is our intention to ensure that every customer gets the highest quality of workmanship, customer service, be treated in courteous and friendly manner and be assured that they are in the best possible care.
Branson Tours and Travel regularly audits business to ensure that we continue to meet the highest standards in the workmanship and customer service by providing customer service appraisal forms which in turn give us feedback on how to improve on our service delivery.
Our objective is to provide each and every customer with the highest standard of customer service at all times. However we recognize that things can go wrong from time to time and when this occurs we are committed to resolving matters promptly and efficiently.
Punctuality and reliability is always observed by all our staff and driver and guides thus ensuring a super relationship with our clientele.

OUR DRIVER GUIDES
    All of our driver guides are decent and fully uniformed for easy identification.

    Defensive driving course is the first training that our drivers undertake when they join our company.

    All driver guides are law abiding citizens and have no criminal records and thus have valid good conduct certificates and adhere fully to the traffic rules of this country.

    The driver guides are all perfect in both spoken and written English making communication to clients easier.

    Our driver guides are skilful and are familiar with the neighborhood and can always find alternative routes in case of traffic tie-ups.

    Having undergone customer care services trainings our driver guides are always ready to assist the customers with their luggage and are always polite.

    Our driver guides always turn in lost and found items found in their cars to their supervisors for them to be retraced back to the clients. Any item not claimed is kept in the office waiting for anyone who will claim it.

    Our driver guides have embraced the motto of quick response time, service with a smile and the open door courtesy policy.
